Dianne Feinstein United States Senator, Public Enemy & Constitutional Terrorist

One of the Dianne Feinstein official  response Letters to negative opposition from the people who elected her; who she is supposed to be representing on SOPA, PIPA and recently the NDAA.

Feinstein is one of the richest members of Congress.  Whose business do you think she is doing since she is a truly a Greedy 1%er and she couldn’t care less about  the 99%!

She is  Stinking Rich to quote SF Weekly:
http://blogs.sfweekly.com/thesnitch/2011/12/nancy_pelosi_dianne_feinstein.php

Her cold and uncaring canned form letter response to constituants is as follows.
BTW she is up for re-election in 2012!

“Dear Citizen or  is it Customer:

I received your letter expressing opposition to the “Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act,” commonly known as the “PROTECT IP Act.”  I appreciate knowing your views on this matter.

The “PROTECT IP Act” (S. 968) gives both copyright and trademark owners and the U.S. Department of Justice the authority to take action against websites that are “dedicated to infringing activities.”  These are websites that have “no significant use other than engaging in, enabling, or facilitating” copyright infringement, the sale of goods with a counterfeit trademark, or the evasion of technological measures designed to protect against copying.

The bill does not violate First Amendment rights to free speech because copyright piracy is not speech. [NOT TRUE]

[Feinstein with the MPAA & RIAA Supporters of SOPA & PIPA, probably big donors.  What interesting motivation as doing her bosses bidding.]

America’s copyright industry is an important economic engine, and I believe copyright owners should be able to prevent their works from being illegally duplicated and stolen.  The protection of intellectual property is particularly vital to California’s thriving film, music, and high-technology industries.

I understand you have concerns about the “PROTECT IP Act.”  While I voted in favor of this bill when it was before the Senate Judiciary Committee, I have also been working with California high-technology businesses to improve the bill and to address the concerns of high-tech businesses, public interest groups and others.  I recognize the bill needs further changes to prevent it from imposing undue burdens on legitimate businesses and activities, and I will be working to make the improvements, either by working with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) or through amendments on the Senate floor.

On May 26, 2011, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the “PROTECT IP Act” for consideration by the full Senate.  Please know I will keep your concerns and thoughts in mind should the Senate proceed to a vote on this legislation.  As you may be aware, Representative Lamar Smith (R-TX) has introduced similar legislation, the “Stop Online Piracy Act” (H.R. 3261), in the House of Representatives.

[Go ahead as she requests below; give Dianne a piece of your mind, She would like to know how your feeling... Give her your own personal temperature check and mic check]

Once again, thank you for sharing your views.  I hope you will continue to keep me informed on issues of importance to you.  If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my Washington, D.C. office at (202) 224-3841.
Wishing you a happy 2012.

Sincerely yours,

Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator

The internet is the most powerful tool we have for creating a more open and connected world. We can’t let poorly thought out laws get in the way of the internet’s development. Facebook opposes SOPA and PIPA, and we will continue to oppose any laws that will hurt the internet.

The world today needs political leaders who are pro-internet. We have been working with many of these folks for months on better alternatives to these current proposals. I encourage you to learn more about these issues and tell your congressmen that you want them to be pro-internet.

… Adam was arrest too,
for stepping into the street.

I emailed Adam’s info to legal
I have his backpack and drum.

The arrest is in this clip at 40 minutes
I’m good with releasing the clip
because the video quality is too
poor to incriminate anyone.

Sergio Ballasteros, OLA Occupier and Organizer of People’s Collective University, was arrested at Art Walk tonight.
Sergio was recently a guest on this Occupy & Tea Roundtable MSNBC Web Discussion (video). I can’t imagine Sergio breaking the law or doing anything but exercising his inalienable rights. It is a great roundtable of ideas too.

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

He was arrested in violation of CA Penal Code 405a: Lynching. The taking by any means of a riot of any person from lawful custody of any peace officer if lynching.

This is very bad news, and CA Penal Code 405b states: Every person who participates in lynching is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three or four years.

Sergio is at the Metro Police State (213) 356-3446.

150 Los Angeles St.
His bail is set at $50,000

P.S. Anyone with info on Adam and the other person arrested tonight, please post about it. I don’t have any info regarding those arrests.

Anonymous: #OpBlackout – DAY OF ACTION 1/3/2012 SB1867 & SOPA (our freedoms are fleeting)

This message is an immediate call to a day of action against SOPA, NDAA, and the United States Government.

TRANSCRIPT
____________

Citizens of the United States,
We are Anonymous.

This message is an immediate call for a day of action. On January 3rd, the collective is calling upon the citizens of the united states to protest against the new sections in the national defense authorization act that were passed a short while ago. While we cannot force the American people to protest, we must tell them that this law will strip away any rights they thought they had including, but not limited to, Free speech, Free press, Free access to information, and the right to protest, assemble, and bear arms. This law cannot be changed according to the Feinstein Act.

Sections Ten thirty one and ten thirty two of the national defense authorization act have been passed and ratified. It grants unlimited powers to the executive branch of the government to indefinitely detain suspects, even American citizens, without trial. All a person has to do is to commit a belligerent act.

What is a belligerent act? Is protesting a belligerent act? Is being Anonymous a belligerent act?

This is where we draw the line. This is when we leave our computers. This is when we take out our masks and defy the corrupt rule of law.

This is when we revolt.
The time has come for you to accept the truth and join us in overthrowing yet another corrupt military regime.

Operation Blackout, engaged.

We are Anonymous.
We are Legion.
we do not Forgive.
we do not Forget.
To the United States government, you should’ve expected us.

Message To Humanity: The Time is Now – The Revolution Is Coming!

PLANT THE AMERICAN FLAG ON FREEDOM ~ REPOST NOW

(Please Share) A revolution is coming to America.. Not Just America but the World, people are waking up and finally realising how the world works and that their rights as free human beings are slowly being taken away from them..
The 99% are rising up!

——————————————————————————-

As we gather together in solidarity to express a feeling of mass injustice, we must not lose
sight of what brought us together. We write so that all people who feel wronged by the corporate forces of the world can know that we are your allies. As one people, united, we acknowledge the reality: that the future of the human race requires the cooperation of its members; that our system must protect our rights, and upon
corruption of that system, it is up to the individuals to protect their own rights, and
those of their neighbors; that a democratic government derives its just power from the
people, but corporations do not seek consent to extract wealth from the people and the
Earth; and that no true democracy is attainable when the process is determined by economic
power.

We come to you at a time when corporations, which place profit over people, self-interest
over justice, and oppression over equality, run our governments. We have peaceably assembled
here, as is our right, to let these facts be known.
They have taken our houses through an illegal foreclosure process, despite not having the original mortgage. They have taken bailouts from taxpayers with impunity, and continue to give Executives exorbitant bonuses.
They have perpetuated inequality and discrimination in the workplace based on age, the color of one’s skin, sex, gender identity and sexual orientation.

They have poisoned the food supply through negligence, and undermined the farming system
through monopolization. They have profited off of the torture, confinement, and cruel treatment of countless animals, and actively hide these practices. They have continuously sought to strip employees of the right to negotiate for better pay andsafer working conditions. They have held students hostage with tens
of thousands of dollars of debt on education, which is itself a human right. They have consistently outsourced labor and used that outsourcing as leverage to cut workers’healthcare and pay. They have influenced the courts to achievethe same rights as people, with none of the culpability or responsibility.

They have spent millions of dollars on legal teams that look for ways to get them out of contracts in regards to health insurance. They have sold our privacy as a commodity. They have used the military and police force to prevent freedom of the press. They have deliberately declined to recall faulty products endangering lives in pursuit of profit. They determine economic policy, despite the catastrophic failures their policies have produced and continue to produce. They have donated large sums of money to politicians, who are responsible for regulating them. They continue to block alternate forms of energy to keep us dependent on oil. They continue to block generic forms of medicine that could save people’s lives or provide relief in order to protect investments that have already turned a substantial profit. They have purposely covered up oil spills, accidents, faulty bookkeeping, and inactive ingredients in pursuit of profit.

They purposefully keep people misinformed and fearful through their control of the media. They have accepted private contracts to murder prisoners even when presented with serious doubts about their guilt. They have perpetuated colonialism at home and abroad. They have participated in the torture and murder of innocent civilians overseas. They continue to create weapons of mass destruction in order to receive government contracts. To the people of the world, we, the New York City General Assembly occupying Wall Street in Liberty Square, urge you to assert your power.Exercise your right to peaceably assemble; occupy public space; create a process to address the problems we face, and generate solutions accessible to everyone.

To all communities that take action and form groups in the spirit of direct democracy,we offer support, documentation, and all of the resources at our disposal.
Join us and make your voices heard!

Background

Founded in 1983 by Dr. Gene Sharp, The Albert Einstein Institution is dedicated to advancing the study and use of strategic nonviolent action in conflicts throughout the world. It is committed to the defense of freedom, democracy, and the reduction of political violence through the use of nonviolent action.

To further its mission, the Institution has supported research projects (for examples, see our publications section), actively consulted with resistance and pro-democracy groups (including groups in Burma, Thailand, Tibet, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Serbia, and the Occupied Territories) and worked to publicize the power and potential of nonviolent struggle around the world through educational materials, analyses, translations, workshops, and media visibility.

About Our Name

Albert Einstein was deeply concerned about war, oppression, dictatorship, genocide, and nuclear weapons. He was willing to explore new approaches to confronting these problems of political violence, although he was not always happy with the choices available to him. At various times he was a war resister, a supporter of the war against the Nazi system, and an advocate of world government. In his later life, he became enormously impressed with the potential of nonviolent struggle. In 1950, he remarked on a United Nations radio broadcast that, “On the whole, I believe that Gandhi held the most enlightened views of all the political men in our time….”

Today, the Albert Einstein Institution continues work on that aspect of Einstein’s thought, examining the potential of nonviolent struggle to resolve the continuing problems of political violence.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Albert Einstein Institution is to advance the worldwide study and strategic use of nonviolent action in conflict.

The Institution is committed to:

• defending democratic freedoms and institutions
• opposing oppression, dictatorship, and genocide, and
• reducing reliance on violence as an instrument of policy.

This mission is pursued in three ways, by:

• encouraging research and policy studies on the methods of nonviolent action and their past use in diverse conflicts
• sharing the results of this research with the public through publications, conferences, and the media, and
• consulting with groups in conflict about the strategic potential of nonviolent action.
